Policies, Rules & Regulations
The following Rules & Regulations of Riwaglo Marketing Pvt. Ltd. are formulated to safeguard the rights and dignity of distributors while regulating the conduct of business. In order to mould yourself as a responsible and ethical distributor of RIWAGLO, you must understand and abide by the Policies/Rules and Regulations of the Company; any violation of the same can result in termination of your distributorship.
The Company reserves the right to amend its Policies, Rules and Regulations without issuing prior notice or clarification. You are expected to visit the Company's website from time to time and keep yourself abreast with updated policies, rules and regulations.
Eligibility to Become a Distributor
- Individuals aged 18 years and above can apply to be a distributor.
- The Company has absolute discretion to accept or reject applications.
- The relationship is on a principal-to-principal basis, not employment.
- All applications must be sponsored by an existing distributor.
- Wife and husband constitute a single unit for distributorship.
- Son/unmarried daughter may join under the family ID; vice versa also applies.
Legal Entities
- Registration must be in the name of the legal entity (e.g., HUF, LLP, Trust).
- Relevant incorporation and PAN documents must be submitted.
- Bonuses will be paid to the entity’s name.
- Any change in entity structure must be communicated and re-registered.
- Communication will be with an authorized person only.
- Claims after 90 days of dissolution/winding-up will not be entertained.
Bonus Payment
- Computed monthly based on business performance.
- Disputes on payouts must be raised within 14 days.
- Bank and contact details must be up-to-date with the company.
- Bonus withheld if bank details not provided.
- 500 BV personal purchase mandatory to qualify for commissions.
Dealing with Violations
- Complaints must be promptly reported in writing with details.
- Company may investigate or take Suo motu action.
- Action may include warning, suspension, or termination.
- Communication will be sent via registered mail or WhatsApp.
- Company reserves right to amend disciplinary actions.
Renewal of Distributorship
- No renewal fee is charged.
- Inactive for 6+ months or resigned = termination.
- Claims post-resignation must be made within one month.
- One-year limit to claim any amount from the Company.
KYC Requirements
- Applicant Number is valid for 35 days from DAF submission.
- First order must be placed within this period to validate the ID.
- Failure to submit signed DAF within 60 days = ID invalid.
Distributor Representations
- Must not misrepresent earnings or product benefits.
- Earnings depend on effort, not guarantees.
- Violation may lead to termination and legal action.
Cross Sponsoring and Multiple IDs
- Strictly prohibited. Includes using relatives' IDs or signing under a different sponsor.
- Violation leads to termination and bonus withholding.
- Company may modify/terminate IDs at its discretion.
Inactive Distributor
- No order in 9 months = "Inactive Distributor".
- May rejoin under a new sponsor after ID termination.
Expiry, Cancellation, and Succession
- Resignation must be documented and acknowledged.
- Gold Directors have a 1.5-year cooling-off period before rejoining.
- Nominees can inherit IDs upon proof, within 6 months of death/incapacity.
Marriage and Separation
- Spouses = one unit. Must report marriage within 30 days.
- Couple can form a partnership to continue business.
- Failure to comply = cancellation of both IDs.
- Divorce may split business as per court-approved partnership deed.
Waiver Clause
- Company’s inaction doesn't constitute waiver of rights.
- Only written waivers by authorized personnel are valid.
